Delivery Across Pakistan
Sultan Scents currently offers delivery services to customers across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in the customer's area.
Our goal is to deliver your order within approximately:
2–4 Business Days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, peak-season demand, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch after order confirmation.
Customers may receive a call or WhatsApp message from our team for order verification, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.
Providing a valid phone number and complete delivery address helps us process and deliver your order efficiently.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please make sure your order includes:

- Active phone number
- Any relevant landmark or delivery instructions
Sultan Scents will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable customer information.
Damaged Parcel
We take care when packaging perfumes for delivery. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please record a clear and continuous unboxing video before or while opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed parcel.
- The courier package and shipping label.
- The opening of the parcel.
- The condition of the perfume bottle and packaging.
Please contact Sultan Scents within 24 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged.

Courier Delays
Although we aim for 2–4 business day delivery, delays can occasionally occur because of:
